Before the rain: Saturday and Sunday

Black Elderflower finally planted
Auberitas planted out in the shaded bed. Hopefully they will like dry shade more than the Astilbes.

I took the grass out along the fence to make it easier to pass when it's wet.

Grass cut on Saturday.

Nasturtiums flowering.

These two Courgettes doing well.

Brussels Sprouts need planting out.

Auberitas and Catmint planted out here.

Flowering herbs.

Wet days

Still no sign of flowers on the Cosmos

Angelica planted out.

Sunflowers almost ready to flower.

Nigella flowers nearly ready too.

Slugs attacking flowers again, I need to redo the garlic spray.

Rudbeckia seedlings finally growing.

I got three tomato plants (one beef and two plum) from someone at the Permaculture course. Finally planted them during the week.

A big slug on the potatoes.

Meadowsweet fallen over after rain and wind.

I took the Spinach out of here as it had gone to seed and to give the Courgette and Cucumber more room.

The Courgette in the greenhouse is getting much bigger and crowding out the tomatoes. I may have to move it.
There was lots of rain this week, including downpours with thunder and lightning and two days with yellow rain warnings. There has been lots of dry spells in between too.
